At Bake My Day, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please review our guidelines below.


1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

All sales of baked goods (cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once a product leaves our store, we cannot guarantee its handling and storage, so we cannot accept returns for safety and quality reasons.


2. Order Issues & Quality Concerns

We want every customer to be satisfied! If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • If the product is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, we will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.


3. Custom Orders & Deposits

  • All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of [5]%.

  • Cancellations made at least [2] days before the pickup/delivery date may be eligible for partial store credit.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
